Collaborative Action for Results

Unlocking the Potential of Cross-Sector Collaboration

About

Collaborative Action for Results is a program designed to teach participants how to conduct results-driven work within a collective impact organization. With the overarching objective of moving the best initiatives forward, our program develops the capacity of teams to work – and learn – alongside each other, regardless of sector, philosophy, or area of expertise.

We base our teachings on Annie E. Casey Foundation’s Results Count® framework, which is designed to support community leaders to achieve better outcomes for vulnerable children and families.

You can read more about the Results Count® framework here.
