ImpactTulsa and Tulsa Changemakers are co-hosting Part 2 of the Youth Equity Workshop Series. We are thrilled to have Bridges share their expertise through facilitating a 2.5 hour interactive session. This training is for youth and adults who are/will be in positions of partnership.  It is facilitated by an intergenerational facilitation team.  During this experiential training, youth & adults are paired up to go on an intergenerational partnership journey.  Grounded in the principles of transformative dialogue & transformative relationships, this workshop is designed so that participants can learn how to build authentic youth & adult partnership while actually experiencing it.  After experiencing an intergenerational partnership, participants will learn tools & best practices for identifying barriers to intergenerational partnership that they can apply in their organization.

If you have a youth advisory board, it’s highly encouraged to bring both an adult and a youth representative. Space is limited, so please RSVP to hold your spot. Each participant needs to complete the registration form. Adults who are bringing youth partners, we encourage you to support youth with completing the form as necessary.

Please note that dinner will be provided for all participants. In addition, youth who attend the session will also receive a $25 gift card as appreciation for them volunteering their time.
